Case Series to evaluate role of Nutool Therapy on Headache frequency, MIDAS (Migraine Disability Assessment Score) headache intensity by VAS in diagnosed cases of Shaqiqa (Migraine) in Delhi

Almost all Unani physicians have advocated Nutool therapy in the management of migraine (Shaqiqa), particularly with or without medicated oil liquid, but unfortunately these not evaluated on scientific parameters. Despite fact that, this is practice physician and a large number patients been treated successfully; regimen still requires validation to generalize their popularity acceptability. Present paper case series diagnosed assess effect headache intensity, MIDAS scale Pain intensity. The present study entitled “Case Series evaluate role Therapy Headache frequency (from daily diary),MIDAS (migraine disability assessment score) intensity by VAS cases Shaqiqa (Migraine) attending HAHU SUMER ,Jamia Hamdard Delhi was conducted Department Tahaffuzi-wa-samaji Tib, SUMER, Jamia Hamdard, New during period September 2020 Nov Psychiatric OPD HAHC Hospital, Patients Migraine as per ICHD3rd (International classification disorders) Criteria. Rogan Gul done for 30 minutes 12 sittings. analysis pain it found that reduced pain, statistically significant P<.005 (ANOVA repeated measures) Freidman statistic Fr =17.76. also (P<.0047).and effective significantly P<.0001. Further studies need be carried out so can effectively.
